All websites must be locatedon a server with a high bandwidth conection to the Internet, with ultra'reliable hardware that is available 24 hours / day, 365 days / year. No downtime can be tolerated when you and your customers depend on your website to be available. We know this, and that is why we provide a 99.9% uptime guarantee.
Your website will be hosted on high-end Linux servers. All hosting accounts include control panel access with Plesk 8. The hosting control panel gives all clients the ability to manage their own mail accounts, change spam filter settings, view their current resource usage, and access their email with a convenient web-based interface.
Clients have the ability to create their own mailboxes and email forward addresses. A spam detection threshold may be set in your control panel. When spam is detected and reaches the set threshold, you can decide whether to have it deleted automatically so you are never bothered by it, or to have the subject rewritten with a keyword to warn you that it is spam beforehand, so that you never loose any important messages due to false positives.

Website Hosting Packages
Website hosting is available in several packages, including the Starter Package, Professional Package, and Business Packages. The principal difference between hosting packages is the amount of disk space and bandwidth limits included with the package.
All website hosting packages include the following features:
Control Panel Access - All clients have access to a Plesk control panel interface allowing you to manage your own hosting
Email Account Hosting - Included with your website hosting is a minimum of at least 10 email addresses in the Starter Package. Create an email address for each of your employees at your own domain. Give your business a more professional image by using an address@yourownname.com, while continuing to use your regular webmail account such as Hotmail, Yahoo or Google.
High Reliability - All sites are hosted on extremely reliable servers, with fast, high-bandwidth connections to the Internet
Database & Script Access - At least one MySQL database is included with all accounts. This will allow you to run many Open Source, freeware, or custom scripts written in PHP or Perl.
Application Vault - Some of the Internet's most popular Open Source and freeware scripts have already been included in your control panel for easy, hassle-free installation. This includes the popuplar phpBB forum software, osCommerce online store program, and Word Press personal blogging software.There are 37 applications in total that can be installed from your hosting control panel. ** Support for third-party applications is not included in standard hosting packages.
Package Comparison
The starter package is ideal for websites that do not contain large amounts of data. It should be sufficent to host most small websites that do not contain large data files such as many large pictures from a digital camera.
